How long does it take to confirm if I am approved?

What are the requirements to qualify for a handset contract?

Confirmation of employment for a period in excess of 3 months and 3 months current bank statement.

How do I receive my handset?

Handsets are delivered by a courier service.

How long does it take for my handset to be delivered?

Your handset will be delivered within 5-7 working days of Approval, subject to Stock availability.

What do I need to have on delivery of my handset?

Original Identity Document or Drivers License and your bank card - you will be asked to swipe your card to verify your contract and authorize debit order instructions.

Does my handset come with a warranty?

All handsets come with a 12 or 24 month warranty dependent upon the handset type.

Can I keep my existing cellular number?

Yes, you may keep your current cellphone number.
